Dulz Shines at AHBA Bowling Jamboree

(Toledo, OH)-- The Cleary University bowling teams were back in action this past Saturday at the AHBA Jamboree #4 in Toledo.
In the Women's Tournament:
- Samantha Dulz finished in 23rd place after bowling a 5-game series of 937 (187.4 avg), including a game of 202 and 230.
- Zoe McDowell bowled an 853 series (170.6 avg.) to finish in 31st place.
- Leigha Rue bowled in 4 games, but also eclipsed the 200 mark with a 222 game to give her 4 game total of 684 (171 avg.).
- Erica Pyden bowled in 3 games and had a 169.7 avg to finish in 49th place.
As a team, the Cougars finished in 8th place with 6,173 pins.
In the Men's Tournament:
- Justin Perdue was the high bowler, after bowling a 969 5 game series (193.8 avg.), which included a game of 222, and another at 220. Perdue finished in 37th place.
- Alexander Lewis wasn't too far behind, as he bowled a 5 game series of 945 (189 avg.), to finish in 41st place, and bowled a 220 in his first game.
- Sawyer Pillen bowled a 4-game series of 680 to finish in 62nd place.
As a team, the Cougars finished in 13th place with 6,397 pins.
