Esports Weekly Recap: Week of November 7

(Howell, MI)-- Here is the weekly recap for Cleary esports for the week of November 7:
On Monday: JV Rocket League team won their NACE playoff match against UofM Flint 4-0 to advance to the round of 4. They play against Franklin College, who they lost against during the regular season
On Tuesday: Overwatch 2 team beat Keiser University - Jacksonville 3-0 to advance to the round of 4 as well. They will be playing the University of West Georgia, who they lost to 3-1 during the regular season.
On Wednesday: JV Valorant team played their last NACE regular season game, falling to New York University 0-2, and finishing their season 4-3 overall. Their playoffs will begin this week against an opponent yet to be determined, on Wednesday.
On Thursday: Super Smash Brothers Ultimate team beat Cloud County Community College 2-0 to finish their NACE regular season 5-2. Their playoffs will begin this Thursday, also against a team yet to be determined.
On Saturday: Andrius Jurenas played in the NACE Hearthstone open qualifier, a 6 round tournament that lasted all day. He finished the swiss bracket at 2-4, unfortunately not qualifying for the top 8 bracket the next day.
We have a few more playoff rounds this week, and then Saturday is the big WHAC Rocket League finals that we will be hosting here at Cleary, as the Cougars open the tournament against the #5 seed Aquinas Saints.
