Esports Recap: Week of March 14

(Howell, MI)-- Here is your weekly recap for Cougar Esports for the week of March 14.

WHAC Contests

• Aquinas dominated to take a 2-0 victory in League of Legends, and snowballed the Cougars in both games to earn the victory on Thursday.

NACE Contests

• In Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, Aquinas handed Cleary a 1-0 defeat on Wednesday
• In Call of Duty: Vanguard, Minnesota State Mankato outgunned the Cougars all evening on way to a dominating 3-0 victory on Wednesday
• Cleary would get two wins over High Point and Glenville State College
• Cougar Rocket League fell to Butler, but played close the entire series.  Cleary won game two.  In the final game, Cleary scored 3 goals in the final 45 seconds to force overtime, but Butler scored the golden goal to win the match 3-1.
• Michigan State gave Cleary a 1-0 defeat in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate on Thursday, but Cleary would get a win over Albion 1-0 in the very next match.  Pichit was the match MVP with 5 stocks off Albion.
