Women's Golf Opens Up 2024-25 Season with 4th Place Finish
(Angola, IN)-- The Cleary Cougar Women's Golf hit the links for the first time of the 2024-25 season today as they traveled down to Angola, Indiana to take on the Trine Fall Kickoff. After an extremely hot day, the Cougars would place 4th overall as a team after posting a team score of +56.

Jana L'Esperance led the Cougars as she would tie for 11th place overall with a +12 score.

Lauryn Jerke tied for 14th overall with a +13 score.

Jessica Shay finished her round with a score of +14 to tie for 18th overall.

Alexis Sharplin would hit a +17 to tie for 27th overall.

Madeline Swett would finish tied for 29th overall with a final score of +18 on her round.
The Women's Golf team will continue their season after the holiday weekend. They hit the course again on Friday, September 6, 2024, as they start a two-day tournament at the Olivet University Kyle Campbell Memorial Invitational in Marshall, Michigan.
