WHAC Announces Softball Postseason Awards
(Howell, MI)-- The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its 2026 season awards, and multiple softball players have been recognized.
Junior Ashland Particka was named to the Champion of Character team, for best representing the five core character values of the NAIA, which demonstrates the NAIA's core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
Also recognized was head coach Jamey Lobdell, who was named as the Champion of Character Coach of the Year as voted on by his peers.
Finally, 12 student-athletes were named to the WHAC’s All-Academic Team. To be honored, student-athletes must have had at least a 3.25 cumulative GPA and have attended Cleary for at least one full year. They were (in alphabetical order):
