Men's and Women's Track Open Season to GVSU Holiday Open
(Allendale, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field teams were on the campus of Grand Valley State University Friday morning, as they participated in the GVSU Holiday Open.
In the Men's Meet:

Christian Hammond and Rodrick Campbell both ran in the 60M, and ran times of 7.59 and 7.69 to place 68th and 75th.

Jameson Watson would take 83rd in the 200M with a time of 25.78

Christian Hammond and Jameson Watson would both run the 400M with times of 54.54 and 57.60 to place 51st and 60th place.

In the 800M, Preston Mackenzie ran 2:16.43 to place 38th and Logan Betke would run 2:46.87 to finish in 39th.

Devin Mackenzie would run a 5:31.32 in the 1 Mile to place 18th.

In the 3000M, Noah Blondke would place 21st with the time of 9:55.67. Ben Iobe would place 22nd with the time of 10:08.76. And Hunter Anderson would run 10:12.65 for 23rd place.

For Shot Put, Ryan Kincaid would throw 13.43m for 12th place. Robert Karageorge would throw 11.91m for 23rd place, and Logan Rogers would throw but conceded a foul.

In the long jump, Rodrick Campbell jumped 6.12 and finished in 18th

In the weight throw, Logan Rogers would throw 13.79m for 21st place and Derrick Murray would throw but concede a foul.
In the Women's Meet:

In the 200M, Adisyn Pierce would run a 30.41 to place 83rd.

In the 400M, Adisyn Pierce ran a 1:08.19 to place 54th.

In the 800M, Rylie Bjorkman ran a 2:46.73 to place 26th and Kiera Smith would run a 3:13.63 to place 27th.

Lily Daugard threw the shot put 12.33M and finished in 7th

In the weight throw, Lily Daugard threw 14.39M to finish in 15th.
Both teams will be back in action again on January 10 at the Wolverine Invitational.
