Malempre Finishes 2nd Overall, Cougar's Finish 3rd and 5th as Team
(Howell, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar Men's golf team stayed local today and hosted their first tournament of the season at Chemung Hills Golf Club for the Cleary University Fall Invitational. Cleary's A team would finish 3rd overall, the B team finishing 5th overall.

Basile Malempre led the Cougars finishing 2nd overall, shooting a 72.

Kaden Patterson would post a score of 77 for the B team, tied for 5th overall.

Johnny Fackler posted a score of 80, tying him for 14th overall.

Justin Reddy would finish 20th overall, shooting an 84.

Logan Smith, Garrett Earegood, and Sam Robertson would all finish their day shooting an 85 respectively.
The men will return on the links on October 9th for the Lourdes Gray Wolves Fall Classic at Sylvania Country Club in Sylvania, Ohio. Tee time is expected to be 10 AM.
